We don’t publish a rate card, for a practical reason: rental prices move substantially with the season, the length of hire and availability. A “from €X” table would be accurate in November and misleading in August. Instead we explain exactly how the price is built and send you a final quote the same day.
The important part: whatever we write in the quote is what you pay. Nothing is added at collection — no port surcharge, no admin fee, no charge for a second driver.

What moves the price
Five things shift the cost. Knowing them lets you use them to your advantage.
Season
July and August are the peak, because the fleet heads for the islands. May, June and September cost noticeably less for the same vehicle.
Length of hire
The daily rate falls as the days add up. A week costs less than seven separate days, and a month far less than four weeks.
Vehicle category
A small city car, an SUV and a nine-seat minibus sit at completely different levels. Choose on what you actually need.
Transmission
Automatics are fewer in number and dearer. If you're comfortable with a manual, you save a fair amount.
Insurance level
Basic cover is included. Reducing or removing the excess is an optional daily addition, and we always tell you the exact figure up front.
How far ahead you book
The earlier you book, the more choice you have within a category. In August availability, not price, is the real constraint.
What we never charge for
The charges below are common in the industry and often appear at the desk, once the customer is already committed. None of them exists in our quotes.

What does cost extra
To be consistent, some things genuinely do cost more: fuel, any fines and tolls, optional insurance upgrades, a child seat if you need one, and delivery outside the Piraeus area — to the airport, for instance. All of these appear in the quote before you commit, never after.
How to get an accurate price
Send us your dates, collection and return times, the number of passengers and bags, and the delivery point. With those we can give you an exact final price rather than a range. Because prices move substantially with season, hire length and availability. A static table would be misleading in summer. We send a final quote the same day, based on your actual dates.
Yes. It includes VAT, third-party insurance, unlimited mileage, delivery within Piraeus and a second driver. Nothing is added at collection.
No. Delivery and collection at gates E1 to E12, in central Piraeus, and in Nikaia, Korydallos and Keratsini are all free of charge.
The daily rate falls progressively with the length of hire. A weekly rental costs considerably less than seven separate days, and monthly is the lowest per day. Ask us for both figures to compare.
The amount depends on the vehicle category and is confirmed in writing before you book. It's held on the card at collection and released on return, provided there's no damage.
For some categories a small daily surcharge applies to drivers aged 21 to 24. It's always itemised separately in the quote so you know exactly what you're paying.
November to March is at the lowest level. Of the good-weather months, May and September offer the best combination of price and availability.
