GetCarPiraeus is a vehicle rental company based in Piraeus. We are not a chain with a desk at every airport, and we are not trying to become one. We work in one city, we know it well, and that is the only advantage we can hold over companies many times our size.

The port sets the rhythm. A ferry leaving at 07:30 means someone is waiting for a car at 06:45 at gate E8. A ferry running three hours late means the day’s schedule changes. That is why we have no counter for you to walk to: we come to you, at the gate, at your hotel, or at your door.

How we work

Four rules we don't break

Not values on a poster. Things you can actually check.

  • The quoted price is the final price

Anything that costs extra is itemised in the quote before you commit. Nothing appears at handover.

  • We don't publish a rate card

Price depends on season, duration and availability, and a fixed headline rate would be wrong half the time. So we quote per enquiry instead.

  • We say no when we should

If your licence does not cover the vehicle, or we do not have what you are asking for, we tell you up front rather than letting you find out at delivery.

  • The phone gets answered

+30 694 564 6658 is answered around the clock for customers on hire. At a port, that is not a perk; it is the minimum.

Where we work

Our area

We deliver and collect free of charge in Piraeus, Keratsini, Korydallos, Nikaia, Drapetsona, Moschato — which is to say across Piraeus and the western suburbs around it.

Within that area there are three quite different kinds of customer, and the site is organised accordingly. Travellers arriving or departing by ferry are served at the port, at gates E1 to E12. People already in the city — shipping executives, hotel guests, residents — are served in the centre. And residents of the surrounding municipalities, in Nikaia, Korydallos and Keratsini, where the vehicle comes to the door.

The fleet

What we run, and why

The fleet is deliberately practical. Nine car groups from mini to SUV, vans and minibuses up to nine seats, panel vans for moving, and two-wheelers from 50cc to 700cc. We do not hold luxury vehicles, because that is not what Piraeus asks for.

What Piraeus asks for is a dependable car that fits down a narrow street, a van that gets six people and their luggage onto a ferry, and a scooter that does not strand you mid-delivery. The full fleet is on the cars and motorbikes and scooters pages.

We hire by group rather than by a specific model — as every company in the industry does. We say so plainly on each fleet page instead of burying it in the terms.

Contact

How to reach us

By phone on +30 694 564 6658, on WhatsApp at the same number, or by email at getcarpiraeus@gmail.com. Office hours are 08:00 to 22:00 daily, but we cover ferry arrivals and departures outside that.

The fastest way to get a price is the form on the contact page: give us your dates, the vehicle type and the delivery point, and we usually reply the same day. If you would rather check the terms first, start with the frequently asked questions.
